Does this sound like you?
Your mind is not broken. It is staying on watch.
A part of you may stay on watch, because that once felt safer than rest. I see people who notice a lot. The list. The tone in a message. The thing that might slip if they rest.
- Your body is tired, but your mind is racing.
- You sit down to meditate and you just sit there thinking.
- You like your work. You just cannot switch off from it.
- You pick up your phone and you are gone.
- You tried a meditation app and it did not stick.
Try one gentle breath
About one minute. Press play when you want the sound. Then take one gentle breath of your own.
Why this is different
Thoughts will come. That is not failure. That is the practice. Five minutes after you brush your teeth is enough to begin. The course also includes a 21-day challenge with a 15-minute guided meditation. Twice a day is recommended when life is busy.
When you notice your breath, you also notice what you feel. It is safe to feel, so go gently. Keep your eyes open if you need to, and feel your feet on the floor.
If deep breathing makes you dizzy, rest and breathe normally.
What does a lesson sound like?
This sample is free. Press play when you want the sound. It is about one minute.
What is inside the course?
14 short videos. Total runtime 43:21. You watch them in order, at your own pace. The lessons are a five-minute practice for a racing mind. The course also includes a 21-day challenge: a 15-minute guided meditation each day. Twice a day is recommended when life is busy.

What can the first week feel like?
In a first week, nothing dramatic has to happen. You may have a few moments you did not have before.
- A pause before you react.
- A five-minute habit that sticks.
- Less pull from your phone.
Some days will feel ordinary. That belongs here too. Sometimes it feels a little easier to settle at night. I will not promise better sleep, and I will not promise that worry will go away.
Is five minutes of meditation enough?
The lessons are short. Five minutes after you brush your teeth is enough to begin. A long sit is not required for those lessons.
The course also includes a 21-day challenge: a 15-minute guided meditation every day for 21 days. Twice a day is recommended when life is busy. The busier you are, the more it helps to practice twice.
If you miss a day, you begin again the next day. There is nothing to catch up on. The point is the small pause, not a perfect count.

Who teaches this course?
Emanuele Righes is a meditation guide, hypnotherapist and breathwork facilitator. He lives in Tulum, Mexico, and he works with people online. He has 20 years of meditation practice. He first met meditation through Karate-do at age 6, around 1994. A monk teacher initiated him into mantra meditation in 2006. He also works under the name Meditative Man.
He pays attention to the part of a person that stays on watch, and to what that part may be protecting. He teaches in plain words. He does not diagnose, and this course is not medical care.

Want to go deeper?
Work with me one to one.
A session is guided meditation, gentle breath and hypnotherapy. It is online, by WhatsApp call, Zoom, or any video call.
Hypnotherapy here means a guided, relaxed focus. You stay aware. You are in control. You can stop any time.
One session is $150 USD. The five-session journey is $700 USD. It is personalized to your needs, and it goes deeper than the course alone. Prices, payment options and booking are on the booking page.
This is not therapy, and it is not medical care. The course can stand on its own. The sessions are for when you want a person with you.
“I really trust him and he is creating this safe environment.”
“It's the first time I've ever been hypnotized. We went into a very very relaxed state and just let whatever come up come up... It brought me a sense of peace.”
“After the session I felt very, very good, really empowered, and the day after I felt very, very relaxed.”
These lines are from people who came for a first session, or who talked about feeling safe. They are about 1:1 work, not this course.

Why won't my mind switch off?
If you are not ready to buy, take a 2-minute quiz. It is a reflection on four patterns I see in my work. It is not a diagnosis, and it is not a research study.
Questions you might have
I have never meditated. Can I do this?
Yes. The course starts from zero. Each video is short, and you follow along with my voice. You do not need to sit cross-legged or know anything first. A chair is fine. Lying down is fine for some lessons.
Why can't I meditate? I have tried and quit.
A busy mind is not a sign you are doing it wrong. Thoughts will come. Each time you notice and come back, that is the practice. Many people quit because the sit was too long, so the lessons stay short, about five minutes. The course also includes a 21-day challenge: a 15-minute guided meditation each day. Twice a day is recommended when life is busy. If you miss a day, you start again the next day. There is nothing to catch up on.
My body is tired, but my mind is racing. Is this for me?
Yes. This is who I work with most. Often a part of you stays on watch, because once that felt safer than rest. The course gives you a small five-minute practice for those moments, and a 21-day challenge with a 15-minute guided meditation. If you want to look at that part more closely, a 1:1 session is the deeper step.
What if focusing on my breath makes me more anxious?
That happens to a lot of people, and it does not mean you are broken. When you start to notice your breath, you also start to notice what you feel. The way through is to learn, slowly, that it is safe to feel it. So go gently. Keep your eyes open. Feel your feet on the floor. Make the counts shorter, or just breathe normally and watch. Stay with it for a few breaths, then come back to the room. You set the pace. If deep breathing makes you dizzy, rest and breathe normally. If you want someone with you while you learn this, book a 1:1 session.
Is this therapy or medical care?
No. This course is a tool for awareness and relaxation. It is not therapy. It is not a substitute for care from a doctor or a mental health professional. If you are seeing a doctor or a mental health professional, this can sit alongside that care.
Will this help me sleep?
I will not promise better sleep. Many people notice calmer moments in the day. If sleep has been hard for a long time, please talk to a doctor as well.
Is this a subscription?
No. If you are looking for a meditation app without a subscription, this is a course you pay for once. It is $47, with lifetime access. No monthly fee, no renewal.
How do I get the videos after I pay?
You pay on this page. Then sign in with the email you paid with. We email you a link. There is no password. Your lessons, your 21-day progress, and the journal download are on your account. If I email an access code, that code still works. You can watch on your phone, tablet or computer. Your access does not expire.
How long are the videos?
The lessons are short. Most practices are about 3 to 10 minutes, and all 14 lessons together run 43 minutes and 21 seconds. The daily practice in the lessons is five minutes. The course also includes a 21-day challenge: a 15-minute guided meditation every day for 21 days. Twice a day is recommended when life is busy.
What is the refund policy?
Purchases of Meditation Mastery are final. There are no refunds. If you want to look before you pay, you can read what is inside the course and take the quiz. A 1:1 session is a separate booking, and its payment terms are on the booking page.
What is the difference between the course and a 1:1 session?
The course is self-paced. You learn a gentle five-minute practice on your own, in 14 short videos, for $47 once. It also includes a 21-day challenge with a 15-minute guided meditation. Twice a day is recommended when life is busy. A 1:1 session is online and live, by WhatsApp call, Zoom, or any video call. We look at what keeps you on watch, using guided meditation, gentle breath and hypnotherapy. One session is $150 USD. The five-session journey is $700 USD. It is personalized to your needs, and it goes deeper than the course alone. Prices, payment options and booking are on the booking page.
What is online hypnotherapy like? Is it safe?
It is calmer than most people expect. You sit or lie down at home, on a video call. That can be a WhatsApp call, Zoom, or any video call. I guide you into a relaxed, focused state. You stay aware the whole time. You are in control. You can hear me, you can speak, and you can stop any time. If the call drops, you come back to your normal state, and I call you back. You do not need to believe in anything. Many people come for their first time.
